Servo drives – Frequency converters

A frequency converter is a device to which current is applied, and an asynchronous motor is connected to its output. The frequency converter does not supply 50Hz to the motor, but an optionally variable frequency (within certain limits).

Servomotors

Servomotors are a high-performance alternative to stepper motors. Servomotors are high-precision rotary actuators (or linear actuators) that allow precise angular or linear positioning by controlling velocity and acceleration.

PLC components

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a device, not a computer, used in industrial control technology to control electrical or electrically operated processes. It might rather be considered a unit.

CNC controllers

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is a machine tool that includes a programmable microcomputer that controls it. Its creation was necessary due to the significant overtime required by manual processing, i.e. the increase in productivity, as well as the machine’s better repeating and positioning accuracy.
