Etamatic Combustion control system

The ETAMATIC combustion controller. Dual microprocessor safety system, software-based configuration, network communication for SCADA systems. Optimized controller, software-based configuration of servomotors (compound), max. 4 for different fuel types. Maximum energy savings with fine-tuning.

ETAMATIC-OEM version. A fast, cost-effective and professional solution for combustion equipment manufacturers and boiler renovation companies.

FA1 firing controller

The FA1 combustion controller has the same appearance as the ETAMATIC-OEM, but has only 1 servomotor control output. The FA1 controller is typically used for channel burners with multiple parallel burner heads (up to more than 10).

Devices that can be connected to the ETAMATIC. Gas line tightness test, flame detector function, built-in power controller, external temperature feedback. Start-up and operating hour counter, adjustment with software and manual programming unit are available.

FMS combustion controller for mixed-fuel combustion solutions

The FMS combustion controller for mixed-fuel combustion solutions. Control of biogas/natural gas/oil combustion in parallel. It has 5 output control channels. Cross-principle combustion power control without power loss is possible between any two fuel channels.

VMS firing controller
The VMS combustion controller. Contains 5 output control channels, but does not include sequencing logic (no gas path tightness test/flame function). Electronic compound controller. Can be used as a professional combustion controller for PLC controlled combustion control systems.

Safety (self-monitoring) flame devices
F200K flame detector (also in Ex version), can also be used for systems from other manufacturers. F250 flame signal amplifier module, FFS05, FFS06 (in Ex version) UV-infrared flame detectors.
LT1 Microprocessor-based O2 analyzer
The LT1 is a microprocessor-based O2 analyzer with 2 probes. Standard communication and analog signal outputs, compatible with systems from other manufacturers.
Lambda probe LS1 and Combi probe KS1
Lambda probe LS1 and Combi probe KS1. Calibration gas can be adjusted, calibration is automatic.
LT2 Lambda transmitter instrument
A cheaper solution for measuring O2 or CO/H. Since the LT2 has several standard signal outputs and a built-in controller, it can also be integrated into an existing combustion system as an O2 control system. The type of bus system and communication protocol to be used is determined by the plug-in adapter module shown on the right. Profibus DP, Interbus, Modbus, Modbus TCP (Ethernet).
