Emergency repair and parts purchase are possible within 48-72 hours + delivery time, typically for a 20% additional charge. If, after starting the repair process, the emergency repair service cannot be provided as promised for some reason and can only be completed within the normal time limit, only the standard repair list price will be charged and the additional emergency charge not.

Then we perform the inspection and fault diagnosis, and contact you via email within 48 hours.

The devices are registered into a computer database with a unique job number. If attached technical information (e.g. fault description) has also been submitted, it will also be recorded. All of this provides quick, immediate and clear data access and priority information for service engineers and technicians working on the repair (e.g. red marking means emergency repair). Effective organization of work is an essential requirement.
The first step of our repair process is the thorough cleaning of the device. After that, it is taken to the inspection department, where fault detection begins. Then, depending on the nature of the fault, the device will be forwarded to the right specialist engineer. Service engineers receive electronic components needed to repair a device via pneumatic tube transport, forwarded from the parts warehouse directly to their desk.
When the repair is done, the device is taken to the testers, where it goes through testing and loading processes specific to that device and is operated for a given time. After the testing is completed, the devices are taken to the packaging department and then to the mailing department, from where the boxes are shipped by a courier service.
The entire item management and service process is supported by an enterprise-level IT system, where logistical, technical, invoicing and other information is stored and processed attached to each item.
